As the Hospitality manager, you will ensure that hundreds of guests are warmly welcomed and cared for in our Hillel building.
You’ll manage our Coffee Bean and hire a team of around 15-20 student baristas and Directors of First Impressions to staff the Front Desk and cafe.
In addition, you’ll provide logistical support to ensure that dozens of student and community events go smoothly.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating a warm, fun environment alongside an enthusiastic team. You should be competent at administrative tasks, and ready to enjoy your own free lunches and cafe drinks during the school year!

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CBTL)
- Manage daily operations of the Hillel CBTL franchise
- Recruit, train, and supervise work study CBTL employees
- Schedule shifts and ensure coverage
- Promote a culture of service and camaraderie among CBTL employees
Front Desk and Work Study
- Recruit, train, and supervise student Directors of First Impressions
- Schedule shifts and ensure coverage
- Promote utilization of work study staff for projects across the Hillel team
Development
- Process donations weekly
Reports directly to the Program Coordinator, with oversight from the Chief Operating Officer.
