Operations Manager

As our Operation Manager, you will manage the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to administrative, people and culture, finances, and facilities management. You will oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and a sense of stability to the team. To thrive in this job, you must be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment that reflects College Track’s culture, brand, and mission.

You’ll know Operation Manager is the right fit for you if…

  • 5 years of experience managing the operations of an organization, school, or program.
  • Minimum 4 year college degree
  • You have a depth of experience in managing day-to-day site operations, including office management, finance, technology, and facilities.
  • You enjoy planning events and assisting with logistics for site visits and meetings with ease.
  • You have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • You are skilled in analyzing and reporting data
  • You are comfortable serving as the IT point of contact, assisting staff with issues
  • You are excited to collaborate with site leadership to build a strong site culture that is representative of College Track.
  • You are excited to support our students by working with them in-person 11:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. Monday – Friday.

This position is full-time exempt with a full compensation range of $67,400-$97,450 with the exact compensation depending on experience. As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $80,922.5 – $85,430 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
