College Thrive Coach

As our College Thrive Coach, you will work to ensure scholars matriculate to college, successfully persist, and graduate within four years. Day to day, you will provide direct coaching to a caseload of up to 100 scholars in various colleges; collect, enter, and analyze data to inform practices; and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure holistic support for scholars. To thrive in this job, you must have experience advising college-aged scholars and be excited about providing in-person and virtual individual and group support.

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years: from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.

You’ll know the College Thrive Coach role is the right fit if…

  • You have experience working with college-aged students, specifically in advising and supporting them to persist in college
  • You are data-driven and can adeptly analyze student data to inform changes to your work
  • You are excited about implementing the College Thrive vision, are collaborative, and can build strong relationships across the organization to help drive programmatic outcomes
  • You have experience planning and executing large-scale events for students
  • You are comfortable with a hybrid role that will require travel to meet with scholars at sites or at assigned colleges and universities.

Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $52,870-$80,673, with the exact salary depending on experience. New staff are rarely brought in at the top of the range to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during an employee’s time at College Track. New staff can typically expect an offer in the middle between $68,950 – $72,100. We are committed to the growth and development of staff both through formal and informal opportunities.
